Join us on Thursday with our favorite slinger of melty cheese goodness, Ben’s Raclette. Ben will be serving up gooey cheese baguettes that pair wonderfully with our funky farmhouse ales and lagers.
This week Ben will be featuring a very special cheese made in the Bavarian Alps, Alp Blossom, with a fragrant, flavorful, exuberant expression of its native Alpine flora. After aging, the cheese is dressed in a coat of dried herbs and colorful flowers from the surrounding meadows. A beefy, umami paste is juxtaposed with a sweet, floral rind to create a stunningly beautiful cheese.
